The more details you provide the easier it is for us to respond. We take every possible step to ensure your personal information is safe and secure. We have put in place suitable measures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you

The information we collect about you


If you have done courses with us will use your personal information

  • To invite you to special free Relax and Refresh Days.
  • To occasionally update you ( usually twice or three times a year) with articles and blog posts you may emails about courses and workshops starting, and other information we think you may find interesting.
  • If making an enquiry via the website, we will use your information to reply to you about available courses and services.

Can I find out what personal information you hold about me?


Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. Any access request maybe subject to a fee of €10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you, we also require you to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.


Do we share your personal information with a third party?


We will never share your personal data with a third party. Sometimes we may use a specially selected sub-contractor to work with us. We will always take steps to ensure your data is safe and secure.
