A one day "Take the Steps" course incorporating mindfulness, CBT and positive psychology techniques, based on the newest discoveries in neuroscience in how to rewire your brain.
Learn to relax, reduce stress, anxiety and overthinking and BE more mindful in your daily life. You will build new and lasting happiness habits and ways of thinking that benefit not only you, but your relationships with family and friends. The training uses both left brain and right brain techniques, to “re-wire” the brain to focus on positivity and wellbeing in a natural way. All the information and techniques used are evidence based.
The courses are designed and facilitated personally by Margaret Forde, a registered psychologist, accredited holistic psychotherapist and yoga teacher with a passion for making mindfulness, meditation and the holistic dimension accessible and practical for the normal person. She has over 25 years experience in facilitating meditation, yoga, individual counselling, and running corporate well-being programmes.
This course is a concentrated version of the 6-week course and covers the same material.
Fee includes class notes and Mindful Everyday CD or download, with 5 guided meditations to take with you and practice at home.
