  • 5 star review  I really enjoyed this mindfulness course. Margaret was very interesting and engaging and really helped us stop and evaluate the benefits of spending time each day on our psychological well-being. The relaxation and positive thought streaming downloads provided were excellent. I noticed as the course progressed I just naturally became more positive in myself, relaxed, flexible and have been able to concentrate much more on living in the present. I would highly recommend this course.

Margaret is an inspiring facilitator who has designed a unique blended styled Mindfulness program that will get you back on your path again. It requires commitment from you, although the benefits are really really worth it. Recommend this course with the highest gratitude for what I received from it. • 5 star review  I really enjoyed the take the steps mindfulness course, Margaret is a lovely person, welcoming, kind and informative. She weaves mindfulness practice through a wonderful thread of stories from her own life which makes mindfulness practice come alive. Margaret gives all participants access to many of her own mindfulness meditations and these are really good, I love them! I would definitely recommend this course.

Do you think perhaps he is in flow?? 😀72-year-old Mohamed Aziz from the city of Rabat, Morocco is the most photographed bookseller in the world.Selling books in a country where 26% of the population still cannot read is an act of love for the city and literature. Orphaned since the age of 6, Aziz had a hard life; he couldn't even finish high school because the textbooks were too expensive for him.In 1963, at the age of 15, he started his career as a bookseller, only on a carpet under a tree with 9 books. He now sells thousands of books in his bookstore and spends his days immersed in books devouring their stories. He reads 6-8 hours a day and only stops to eat, pray, smoke and help customers. In his free time, he walks around the neighborhood looking for books, which he later sells in his shop.He says this is his revenge against his childhood and poverty: “I have read more than 4,000 books in Arabic, French, English or Spanish, so I have lived more than 4,000 lives. Everyone should have this opportunity! All I need is two pillows and a book to enjoy my birthday.”He is the longest-serving bookseller in Rabat, working in the same place for more than 43 years. When asked why he leaves his books unattended outside where they can be stolen, he replied that those who cannot read do not steal books and those who can are not thieves... ... They thought it wasn’t too good when completed, but as Hugh Grant says, “you can never be sure what will land with audiences and what won’t “. Moral of story: just go out there and do your best. For his audition for "Four Weddings and a Funeral" (1994), Hugh Grant played a tape of when he was best man at his brother's wedding.Grant was ready to give up acting as a career when he received the script the film; he stated in 2016 that: "I wasn't really getting any work at all, and then to my great surprise this script came through the letterbox from my agent, and it was really good. And I rang on and said there must be a mistake, you've sent me a good script." Initially, writer Richard Curtis, who had modelled the character of Charles after himself, was opposed to casting Grant in the role, because he thought Grant was too handsome. Curtis favoured casting Alan Rickman, but Rickman refused to audition. Curtis was eventually persuaded by Newell and the producers to approve Grant's casting. The budget for this movie was so small that the Scottish wedding wasn't filmed in Scotland, and the extras in the wedding scenes had to bring their own suits. Andie MacDowell waived a fee for appearing in this movie, taking percentage points instead. This netted her an eventual $2 million, compared with Grant's salary of $100,000.During an interview on the "Howard Stern" show, Grant said that he, Curtis, and many of the cast and crew of this movie didn't imagine Newell's direction as being good for this movie, and they weren't happy with the final product. However, when this movie became a massive hit, Grant said, looking back, that one can't be too sure of what will land with audiences versus what won't. Grant said he later realized that Newell's directing in making the humor feel grounded instead of lighthearted was the right approach that made this movie successful ... See MoreSee Less
