I am a chartered counselling psychologist, a chartered organisational psychologist, an accredited holistic psychotherapist, and a registered yoga teacher. I have been in private practice in Dublin and running courses in Relaxation, Meditation, Wellbeing and Positivity and Stress Management for individuals and companies for over 30 years. 

I am a co-founder and Director of the Irish Association for Holistic Medicine, and I have been involved in training mindfulness practitioners, holistic practitioners, positive psychology coaches, and holistic psychotherapists. I have also lectured in psychology at Masters level and I am an experienced keynote speaker, and speaker at international conferences.
