ONE to ONE sessions in person OR via Zoom. with Margaret Forde.Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Accredited Holistic Psychotherapist, Positive Psychology Coach and Yoga Teacher. Sessions are tailored to individual requirements and desired outcomes. Sessions  can be based around mindfulness, stress management, holistic psychotherapy or positive psychology techniques.

A single session costs €90. In my experience of over 30 years in practice, I find  clients get more in depth results by having several sessions.  For this reason, I have discounted a course of four sessions to €295 when prepaid.

In private sessions, I work with clients to learn to relax, manage stress, develop peace of mind. In line with positive psychology principles, I facilitate clients to focus on desired outcomes, rather than on problems, to move from “stuck “states, repeated automatic patterns from the past, negative self talk etc into developing more inner strength and resilience. In line with holistic principles, I believe that we all have a loving , creative  authentic self, and that as your mind frees, you connect with that Self at a deeper level, and so release more of your own power, your own ki energy, into your daily life, your relationships with others, and your impact on the world.

The course of sessions includes three weekly or fortnightly sessions ( depending on your schedule) and a follow up review and consolidation session a month later .All sessions are by appointment only. IN PERSON sessions are at my office in Clontarf/Raheny.

Payment can be made with credit card or by Paypal on the website. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer.
