Now, more than ever, we all need to learn how to take care of ourselves and look after our own wellbeing. I have long been convinced that wellbeing and positive mental health are skills that can be learned. All the latest research in psychology and neuroscience backs this up.
The course is all about flourishing, not just “getting by”. I call my courses “Take the Steps”, because the program teaches you the building blocks of how to create lasting happiness, wellbeing and resilience. You learn to relax, reduce stress, anxiety and overthinking, silence your inner critic, and BE more mindful in your daily life. I use both left brain and right brain techniques, to “re-wire” the brain to focus on positivity and wellbeing in a natural way.

I have 25 years experience in facilitating meditation, yoga, individual counselling, and running corporate well-being programmes. My passion is to make a real difference in people’s lives, so the courses are well known for the practical results participants achieve.
I deliver the course live on Zoom at a specific time every week. Some of the resilience-building techniques are interactive, and this adds to the effectiveness of the courses. Notes on the course material and my mp3 “Mindful Everyday” with five guided meditations are included.
