“Take the Steps” Mindfulness and Wellbeing Courses

The courses are designed and facilitated personally by Margaret Forde, a chartered psychologist, accredited holistic psychotherapist and yoga teacher with a passion for making mindfulness, meditation and the holistic dimension accessible and practical for the normal person. She has over 25 years experience in facilitating meditation, yoga, individual counselling, and running corporate well-being programmes.
